My Packages

Included in your package:

  • 1 x 60 min intro & setup call at the start (this does not include the virtual coffee date)
  • 1 feedback report per month
  • 1 x 30 min check up call per week
  • Unlimited email correspondence with your virtual assistant


  • We bill you in full at the start of each month. If you started after the 1st, your first bill will be based on the days left in the month
  • Payment is due when invoice is issued

Contract & Cancellation:

  • We require a three month minimum commitment 
  • You will receive a Service Agreement, Invoice & Welcome Pack at the start of our services
  • You will be allocated a virtual assistant to support you & a team manager will oversee the communication & workflow
  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice based on our cancellation policy
  • We don’t issue refunds & we don’t track hours
  • We don’t stop-start services

  • Book a Virtual Coffee Date with us on the consultation page to discuss how we can help you achieve your business goals
  • If we decide to work together we will send you a service agreement and all the necessary paperwork
  • Once the formalities are handled we start communicating via email
  • You can communicate tasks to us knowing that these tasks are as  good as done
  • Clear communication is essential to make our relationship work smoothly

What if I only want 1 month of assistance?

We require a 3 month commitment because we believe that it takes time to build a relationship and momentum with a business. In order for us to deliver our best, we need to be able to apply methods and strategies that will be continued in the next few months to support your business.  You have the option of choosing the hourly package if you don’t want monthly service.

What happens after 3 months?

When we have completed our 3 month collaboration, you have the option to renew your contract for another 3 months.
