Quality takes time and there is no such thing as an instant fix. This is why we require a 3 month commitment. Our retainer fee is payable at the beginning of each month and after 3 months you can renew your agreement. If you want to upgrade your package or need additional hours after your monthly hours have been depleted, please let your VA know & she will arrange it for you.


How it works?

  • Go to our Work with Us page
  • Choose a VA that is right for you based on location, services and recommendation
  • Choose the package that is right for you (10, 20 or 40 hours)
  • Book your VA
  • Once payment has been processed, your VA will be notified and will get in contact with you. (Please take note of you VA’s timezone.)
  • You can then assign tasks  to your VA and relax, knowing that these tasks are as  good as done.

What if I only want 1 month of assistance?

We require a 3 month commitment because we believe that it takes time to build a relationship and momentum with your VA. In order for her to deliver her best, she needs to be able to apply methods and strategies that will be continued in the next few months to support your business.

What happens after 3 months?

When you and your VA have completed your 3 month collaboration, you have the option to renew your contract for another 3 months.
